Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Nashua (NHSGN) is a community based non-profit organization and a charter member of NeighborWorks America. By providing Homebuyer Education, and developing and managing low-income rental housing with the help of private and federal funding sources, NHSGN has created high quality, affordable housing throughout the greater Nashua area, including apartments with supportive services for low-income seniors.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Organization is to develop and preserve affordable housing in Nashua, NH and the surrounding communities; to assist very low, and moderate income families and individuals in achieving economic self sufficiency and family stability through permanently affordable rental housing and homeownership; to empower residents to become involved in the solution to their housing and neighborhood needs; and to revitalize overcrowded, substandard and unsafe housing and promote neighborhood improvement and stability.
